SHIPPING, RETURN, & CANCELLATION POLICIES
- No returns, cancellations, or refunds after 2 weeks from time of
order.
- A $10.00 processing fee will be assessed on all returns, refunds,
and cancellations
- Written confirmation within 2 weeks of order is required to process
a return, refund, or cancellation.
- Allow 30 days from date of cancellation notice to process your
request.
- Damaged product from IHP will be replaced with identical product
at no cost.
